Changemaker- Project Submission Form

Use this form to submit your ChangeMaker Team Project. In order to fill this out, you’ll need your project URL and screenshots, video URL, and write-up ready to upload.

Make sure to read the rubric and submission guidelines before submitting your project!

    Only the Team Captain (the person that registered the team) should fill this out.
  • Please give your project a title we can display on our website.
  • Max. file size: 256 MB.
    Please upload an image of your project to be displayed on the Code/Art website.
  • IMPORTANT: Make sure that everything being sent is accessible and viewable so that someone that is not logged in can access it. If you are not sure if you did it correctly try going to your project URL when you are NOT logged in.

  • Introduce each of your group members and the role you took on in the project! Your video should be up to 5 minutes (no longer than 6 minutes). You can get as creative as you’d like, but ultimately your video should help viewers get a better understanding of the issue at hand as well as your solution for it. Feel free to demo your project to best show it in action! This video will be used to help our judges narrow down the 4 finalist teams.

    °Explain what your project does.
    °Who is your project for? Who’s the intended audience?
    °How will your project address or improve your community issue?
    °What did you learn while working on the project?
    °What was the biggest challenge of creating your project and what was the most rewarding part of your project?
