Use this form to submit your Self-Portrait Project. In order to fill this out, you’ll need your project URL and screenshots, video URL, and write-up ready to upload. 

Make sure to read the rubric and submission guidelines before submitting your project.

Don’t forget these guidelines!

  • Participants must be female-identifying or gender non-binary student in grades 3-12.
  • Students must write a computer program to generate their self-portrait. (Processing.JS for JavaScript is recommended). 
  • All design elements must be coded. No gifs, jpgs, pngs, images from the Khan Academy image library or other graphic files can be part of your portrait.
  • Each entry must include a short write-up describing the inspiration behind your code-based artwork (application to theme), how it was coded, what was most challenging, and what was most rewarding.
